Paeroa College in Paeroa, Waikato, New Zealand, seeks a Certificated teacher to join in 2027 as head of future pathways and transitions. The role includes managing gateway, trades, school leavers, offline courses and careers, with scope to shape student journeys. The successful candidate will lead our pathways and transitions programme and collaborate with staff to ensure every student has strong, achievable options after secondary school.
