As we continue to evolve, we're looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to help shape the next chapter of our journey. Job Description This is more than a traditional Finance Manager role. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be a key member of the Leadership Team, leading the finance function and contributing to strategic and commercial decisions that drive business performance. From cashflow and inventory to pricing, production and store performance, you'll provide the financial insight that drives informed decision-making while ensuring the finance function runs smoothly. Leading a small team and working across the business, you'll have the opportunity to influence direction, contribute beyond the numbers, and make a real impact as Repertoire continues to evolve. Qualifications You'll be just as comfortable contributing to commercial decisions as you are rolling up your sleeves to deliver the financial reporting, compliance and accounting that keep the business running. You'll bring: CA or CPA qualified, with proven experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar senior finance role. Experience in a production environment, partnering with manufacturing teams on costing, pricing, margins and forecasting. Experience supporting export operations, including foreign exchange and export reporting requirements. Sound knowledge of payroll, GST, PAYE and statutory compliance. Strong understanding of inventory, product costing and working capital management. Commercially minded, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. Experience within retail, fashion, consumer products or other inventory-led businesses. A collaborative leader who can build strong relationships and influence across the organisation.
