This is a pivotal role where your insights and leadership will be valued, and your ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success. Key responsibilities Lead the EasiYo and Canary finance team and own delivery of finance outputs across both businesses. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including close timetables, accruals, cut-off, balance sheet reconciliations, and liaison with Group Finance and auditors to meet deadlines. Provide finance leadership and business partnering to support strategic and operational decision-making, including budgets, forecasts, and business cases. Oversee core finance operations, including accounts payable, bank processing, master data accuracy, receivables/credit risk monitoring, cashflow and treasury activities, inventory and capital expenditure monitoring. Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and delegated authorities, and support internal/external audit and tax compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and systems in collaboration with the Information Systems team and broader stakeholders. A bit about you You are a proven finance leader with a track record of managing finance teams and delivering results in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
