This is a hands-on leadership role where you will have the opportunity to be actively involved in the classroom while also having dedicated time to lead curriculum, and support your team As curriculum lead, you will work closely with our centre business manager and teaching team to ensure children experience a high-quality, engaging and responsive curriculum. 4 days in the classrooms, supporting teaching practice, routines, rituals. 1 office day dedicated time for curriculum Supporting teachers to be reflective Ensuring our curriculum reflects the individual interests, cultures, languages, identities of our children. Supporting the development and implementation of centre strategic and annual plans. Supporting a positive, collaborative and positive team culture. Ensuring policies and procedures requirements are implemented. You will be An experienced and passionate kaiako with strong curriculum knowledge. Confident in leadership and communication. A positive, approachable and collaborative team member. Organised and confident with planning, evaluation and PGC. A reflective practitioner who enjoys looking for ways to improve.
