Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, based at Greenlane Clinical Centre in central Auckland, is seeking an experienced mental health professional to join Awhi Mātua, a community mental health team for older adults. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will work in a multidisciplinary team with two Referrals Management roles, handling liaison and signposting for referrers, phone triage, and managing the referrals list. #J-18808-Ljbffr
