As the right-hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving branch success - overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and helping deliver strong commercial results. You’ll help to lead a varied team including customer service representatives, drivers, warehouse assistants and the day-to-day internal operational activities in the branch. Plus, you’ll be in control of Customer Service, warehouse and delivery functions. Your leadership will help create a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with alternate Sat mornings. It comes with a very competitive salary, and lucrative incentive benefits for hard work and results.
