We are seeking an accomplished Regional Operations Manager with extensive experience in premium hospitality, functions and events, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. This influential leadership role will focus on building trusted client partnerships, supporting and developing Site Managers, and driving operational excellence across a portfolio of Business & Leisure locations. You will play a pivotal role in elevating the ordinary into extraordinary experiences, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the high standards, innovation and attention to detail that define Restaurant Associates. Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will champion safety, lead strategic initiatives and foster a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. This role is based in Auckland. In this role, you will: Inspire, mentor and develop leaders and teams, creating a culture of engagement, succession planning and high performance. Champion health, safety, quality and compliance, ensuring the highest standards are consistently achieved across all sites. Lead transformational initiatives that enhance operational consistency, innovation and the overall guest experience. Drive commercial performance through strategic planning, financial oversight and continuous operational improvement. Lead client retention, growth and relationship strategies, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term partnership success. Significant multi-site leadership experience within premium hospitality, food service or events environments. A proven track record delivering exceptional dining experiences, high-profile functions and bespoke hospitality solutions. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing complex contracts and driving sustainable business growth. Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence, combined with a passion for continuous improvement.
