Operating the tills Leading the team to provide first class customer service Responsible for running a shift Training and coaching the team Supporting online customers by efficiently picking and packing orders Ensuring accurate pricing on tickets Maintaining a clean and tidy department Be a Health & Safety advocate What will you need to bring to this role? To be successful in this role: Previous Duty Manager experience is preferred Passionate about pursuing a retail career A reliable and trustworthy work ethic Can build a great rapport with the team Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work flexible hours/weekends A commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace Position closes: 1 September 2026 You must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold New Zealand Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
