Heywood Orchards is seeking a proactive Block Supervisor to lead a designated orchard block in Motueka. You will oversee daily operations, machinery, and people to drive productivity, safety, and continuous improvement. This hands-on role requires coordinating spray programs, maintenance, and team briefings.
