As we continue to evolve and strengthen our Milk Supply function, we're looking for a Farm Assurance Lead to drive a significant transformation programme across our farm assurance, compliance and quality frameworks. This is a unique 12-month fixed-term opportunity where you'll lead the review, integration and implementation of key farm assurance programmes, helping create a simpler, more effective and future-focused operating model for our farmer partners and internal teams. About the role Reporting to the GM Milk Supply , you'll lead a high-impact programme focused on streamlining and modernising farm assurance activities across Westland Milk Products while driving alignment opportunities with Oceania Dairy where appropriate. You'll work across farm assurance, milk quality, sustainability, customer audits and regulatory programmes to design and implement practical, scalable solutions that improve efficiency, audit readiness and farmer engagement. Key projects will include: Leading the transition and integration of farm assurance programmes. Reviewing and simplifying assurance processes, procedures and reporting. Implementing an integrated farm audit model. Supporting RMP alignment and regulatory compliance improvements. Developing tools, training and guidance materials for Milk Supply teams and farmers. Identifying and supporting automation opportunities to improve reporting and administration. Creating a farm milk quality performance framework. Delivering clear documentation, knowledge transfer and handover plans to ensure long-term sustainability. What success looks like By the end of the fixed-term period, you'll have delivered: A comprehensive review and redesign of the farm assurance framework. Improved consistency and alignment across assurance processes. A successfully implemented integrated audit model. Enhanced training, guidance and farmer support resources. New reporting and automation solutions that improve efficiency. Clear ownership, processes and documentation embedded within the permanent team. About you We're looking for someone who combines strong operational discipline with change leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. You'll bring: Experience in farm assurance, quality systems, compliance, audits, regulatory programmes or related operational environments. Proven ability to lead implementation or transformation projects and deliver outcomes within defined timeframes. Strong process improvement, documentation and problem-solving capability. Confidence working with farmers, regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and reporting capability. Experience using systems, data and reporting tools to drive improvement. Knowledge of dairy, agriculture, food safety, sustainability or other regulated industries.
