Key Responsibilities: Individual & Group Booking Management: Process reservations via phone, email, and internal systems, ensuring total accuracy and policy compliance. Group Coordination: Coordinate group bookings end-to-end, including drafting quotations, managing contracts, tracking rooming lists, and delivering seamless operational handovers to front-of-house teams. Tour Series Management: Work closely with returning and new tour series accounts. Assist with loading future series, issuing quotes, and collaborating with the General Manager on contracts for upcoming seasons. System Maintenance: Keep reservation and property management systems updated with precise data regarding rates, promotional packages, and guest profiles. Financial Oversight: Monitor mandatory deposits and guest prepayments, proactively following up to minimize financial risk and secure timely transactions. Internal Communication: Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure flawless guest experiences and resolve any booking issues swiftly. About You: Experienced: Strong, proven background in hotel reservations, group coordination, or front office operations. Passionate: Genuine love for the hospitality industry and a commitment to maintaining an upscale guest experience. Detail-Oriented: Confident managing financial deposits, checking contract details, and navigating complex booking software. Strategic Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to maintain strong professional relationships with tour operators and internal managers.
