We are looking for an experienced, passionate and nurturing babies room teacher to join our dedicated team as a primary caregiver. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference during the most important years of a child’s development while working alongside a supportive team that values relationships, collaboration and continuous growth. We are looking for someone who: Is an experienced ECE teacher with a genuine passion for infants and toddlers. Understands the importance of secure, responsive relationships through a primary caregiving approach. Brings positive energy, enjoys having fun with children and colleagues, and contributes to a warm team culture. Has the confidence to coach, inspire and support fellow teachers through everyday practice. Is reflective, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality care and education. Montessori experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We are committed to investing in the right person and will provide ongoing professional learning and development for someone who is enthusiastic and eager to learn the Montessori philosophy.
