THE ROLE / TE MAHI As our Corporate Services Administrator, you will play apivotal role in providing reception, administrative, facilities and operationalsupport across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact forvisitors, staff, contractors and stakeholders, helping to create aprofessional, welcoming and efficient workplace environment. Based in TāmakiMakaurau this permanent, fulltime role reports to the Administration Manager whois based in Ōtautahi. Key responsibilities include: Managingreception services and responding to enquiries Coordinatingmeeting rooms, catering, and office facilities Supportingthe organisation of mail, couriers, and confidential correspondence Maintainingoffice supplies and consumables Coordinatingfacilities-related activities, equipment, and contractor access Receiving,tracking, and distributing assets and equipment nationwide Maintainingaccurate asset and inventory records Contributingto continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone whoenjoys balancing administration, customer service, facilities coordination andoperational support. You are an experienced administrator who thrives in adynamic environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You arehighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities withconfidence and professionalism.To be successful in this role, you will bring: 3-5years' experience in an administrative role Strongwritten and verbal communication skills Advancedproficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systemsquickly Excellentproblem-solving skills and a proactive approach Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to build positive workingrelationships NewZealand Sign Language (NZSL) proficiency or a willingness to learn Workalongside passionate and supportive colleagues.
