Turangi Leisure Lodge has a great opportunity for an all-rounder to work between both Front Office Reception and Housekeeping.

What we need from you:

• Assisting with guest and reservation enquiries
• Providing efficient guest arrival/departure service
• Anticipating guest needs and requirements
• Finalising guest accounts and cashiering
• Service and clean guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of presentation
• An eye for detail and high standard of cleanliness
• Be a team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a positive can do attitude and bring your best every day

Our team is small, so this is a multi-faceted and hands on role, supporting the Resort Manager with both Front office reception and Housekeeping.

You will need to be flexible; able to work shifts on a rotating roster which includes weekends, public holidays and some evenings (until 6pm-ish).

We are focused on finding someone who can hit the ground running; someone with sound IT skills and who has experience in motel admin/reception a definiteadvantage!
