About the role

We are looking for a warm, organised and people-focused Resident Experience Manager to help create an extraordinary living experience for our residents at Powley Village in Blockhouse Bay, Auckland.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, from coordinating engaging events and wellness initiatives to supporting residents through key life transitions and building a strong sense of belonging across the village.

This is a 28-hour a week role from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading resident engagement, events and community experiences
\n
• Supporting new residents with a seamless transition
\n
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and community partners
\n
• Managing village communications, digital platforms and resident engagement tools
\n

About you

You’ll ideally bring experience in customer service, events, hospitality, community engagement or a similar people-facing role.
