What You’ll Be Doing\n- \n
- Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives. \n
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding. \n
- Act as a strategic advisor by leveraging talent market intelligence, data, and hiring insights to influence decision-making and improve outcomes. \n
- Proactively source, engage, and attract high-quality talent through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, social media, talent mapping, and networking. \n
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance hiring efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness. \n
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey. \n
- Lead and represent the business at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities, building strong talent pipelines and market presence. \n
- Contribute to and lead talent acquisition initiatives across employer branding, diversity and inclusion, graduate recruitment, process improvement, and technology optimisation. \n
- Champion best-practice recruitment processes and leverage tools such as Workday and sourcing technologies to drive operational excellence. \n

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment. \n
- Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and stakeholder groups. \n
- Experience within building technologies, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or related sectors is highly regarded. \n
- Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organisation. \n
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities. \n
- Demonstrated success delivering against recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction. \n
- Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and organisational skills. \n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering great hiring outcomes. \n
