About the Role You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. Key Responsibilities Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience. Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently make styling recommendations. Support store merchandising, visual presentation, and stock management. Assist with incoming stock deliveries and inventory activities. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. Uphold Coach brand standards and operational procedures. Be a brand ambassador who brings the Coach story to life through outstanding service, product knowledge, and a genuine passion for fashion and luxury retail. About You Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality. A passion for fashion, luxury retail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn. The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
