Financial Accountant

We are interested in hearing from candidates with a range of accounting backgrounds. This role could suit an established Financial Accountant, an Auditor seeking a move into industry, or an Assistant Accountant with strong financial accounting experience looking to take the next step in their career. The Role This is a broad and hands-on accounting role supporting a complex multi-entity environment. You will play an important role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting business performance through quality insights, and contributing to ongoing system and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Include Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and timely resolution of variances Preparation of monthly management reports, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reporting Management of month-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments and intercompany reconciliations Supporting GST, PAYE and statutory compliance requirements Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and audit processes You Will Ideally Have CA qualification, working towards CA, or equivalent experience Experience in financial accounting, external audit, assistant accounting or a similar finance role Strong understanding of month-end processes, reconciliations and financial reporting Experience working within a complex or multi-entity environment would be advantageous Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability #J-18808-Ljbffr
