Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) to join our team. This dynamic and strategic leadership role is responsible for the comprehensive oversight, strategic direction, and operational excellence of all departments within the hotel. Balance exceptional service, brand standards and production targets (room cleaning, F&B hygiene) with stringent cost efficiency across multiple hotel departments. Consistently build and develop high-performing teams, manage performance, and optimise labour costs in an industry often challenged by staff turnover and skill shortages. Provide meticulous day-to-day operational oversight and strategic financial analysis (P&L, budgets, contracts) to drive overall hotel profitability. Consistently deliver personalised, high-quality guest service and effectively resolve feedback across all operational touchpoints, meeting guest expectations. Maximise F&B revenue through innovation, competitive sales and meticulous cost/waste control, while adapting to market trends without compromising quality. Qualifications Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major is highly advantageous. 4 years’ experience within a managerial role in the Food & Beverage departments across a hotel or free-standing operation. 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within other hotel departments such as Rooms Division. Strong background in Micros or other similar POS systems; Opera PMS exposure is preferred. Experience with forecasting, budgeting and Revenue Management principles.Previous exposure to acting as the main point of contact for a Hotel or Business Unit in the absence of the General Manager.
