TeTūranga- About the role We'reon the hunt for a self-motivated and keen Infrastructure Engineer to join the team. You will be working in a customer-focused, high-performing IT Operations function, keeping things ticking across our 2000+ servers! As an Infrastructure Engineer you will work alongsidea strong teamof Infrastructure Engineers as well as a range of stakeholders through the business. We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team to support our existing deployments as well as expand our infrastructure. Whatyou'lldo Act as the first point of contact for IT Infrastructure support, delivering exceptional customer service and technicalexpertise. Administer, support, andmaintainenterpriseInfrastructureplatforms, includingCitrix, VMware, Active Directory, Exchange, endpoint security, proxy services, email security, Commvault, SCCM, Acronis, and other core technologies. Manage and prioritise theInfrastructuresupport queue, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLA and KPI targets. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests ina timelyand effective manner. Escalate major incidents and high-priority issues asrequiredto ensure prompt resolution and minimise business impact. Contribute to end-to-end Infrastructure operational processes, reporting, capacity planning, and continuous service improvement initiatives. Provision, install, configure,operate, monitor, andmaintaininfrastructure hardware, software, and associated services. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure services. Maintainaccuratetechnical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge management resources. Most importantly, you will be passionate about technology, eager to learn, and motivated to grow your infrastructureexpertisewithin a supportive team environment. Keys to your success in this role: 1-3 years' experience in IT Infrastructure or similar technical support role. Experience building positive working relationships and collaborating effectively within a team environment. Citrix, VMware, Enterprise Storage, Group Policy, Active Directory, Exchange, Anti-Virus, Skype, Proxy, Email Security, Commvault, Acronis, SCCM, and infrastructure monitoring tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. A solid understanding of infrastructure and network architecture principles. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage competing demands. Strong communicationskills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
