We areseeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our SmallGoods Processing team. This role is integral to the efficient production,processing, and packaging of our high-quality meat products while maintainingthe highest standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene. Position Snapshot Monday to Friday, 5:00 amto 1:30 pm Based on GreenmountDrive, East Tamaki Key Responsibilities Process and prepare avariety of small goods and meat products to established specifications. Operate processingequipment, including cutting, trimming, grinding, and other productionmachinery. Assist in themanufacture of sausages, bacon, cured meats, and other small goodsproducts. Accurately pack, label,and prepare products for distribution. Adhere to food safety,quality assurance, and hygiene standards at all times. Maintain a clean, safe,and organised work environment. Support teamproductivity and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. About You To besuccessful in this role, you will have: Previous experience infood processing, manufacturing, or a similar production environment(preferred but not essential). A strong work ethic andpositive, can-do attitude. Good physical fitnessand the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention todetail and commitment to quality.
