We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a permanent full-time KingsWay School Teacher (Years 7-13) with strengths in Mathematics based primarily in our Senior School starting 28 January 2027. Located on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, KingsWay is a high achieving, growing, state integrated Christian school catering for Year 1-13 students, with a current roll of over 2000 students. Our staff are supportive and collaborative, and our work is inspired by love/aroha, heartened by faith/whakapono in Jesus Christ, and motivated by gospel hope/tūmanako. About the role Key responsibilities of the role include: effectively engaging with and teaching Mathematics to students in Years 10-13 contributing to the departments academic process and achievement relating well and being culturally responsive to a diverse range of students and staff. The successful applicant The successful applicant will: connect well with, and thrive on imparting their knowledge to Year 10-13 students have experience with the NCEA Mathematics curriculum ability to teach calculus or statistics through to Year 13 advantageous. An important condition of employment is that applicants must have a willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the Special Christian Character of KingsWay School.
