Support Staff – Full Time and Part Time (Mosgiel) Full-time and part-time positions available Consistent hours and regular days off $24.35 - $29.54 per hour (depending onqualifications) About the Role We’re looking for compassionate and reliable SupportWorkers to join our residential team in Mosgiel , supporting peoplewith learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in a safe,warm, and home‑like environment. This is a relationship‑based role where you’ll havethe time and support to truly get to know the people you support. Your day willinclude a mix of practical assistance and meaningful connection, such as: Supporting daily routines (shopping, mealpreparation, household tasks) Providing personal care respectfully and safely Supporting community activities and outings Encouraging independence, choice, and wellbeing Whether you’re already experienced in disability support orlooking to build a long‑term career in the sector, we’d love to hear from you. About You Ideally, you’ll have a NZ Certificate in Health &Wellbeing (Level 2) or equivalent, however we welcome applications frompeople who share our values and are willing to train .
