The national office is based in Auckland (hosted by Te Toka Tumai) with additional offices in Wellington and Christchurch In this role, you will provide clinical administrator support that contributes to the smooth management of the patient caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for an initiative-taking, enthusiastic, and experienced individual to provide day-to-day administrative support, including referral processing, mail management, clinical transcription, and leave cover The role requires engaging with clinical staff and patients in a sensitive and empathetic manner, ensuring professional and supportive communication at all times Please view the position description here About the Team/Service At Te Toka Tumai Auckland, were not just hiring - were building the future.
