What will your typical day look like?
You will be working directly with clients, including senior executives, across a wide range of private sector organisations to drive operational excellence and deliver transformational change. You will be reporting to Directors and Partners who will provide guidance and direction, while also supporting your learning and career development.
Day-to-day you will support clients to identify opportunities to improve operational performance. Working as part of multidisciplinary teams spanning business, technology, data, AI and change, you will help clients move from strategy through to implementation;
- Work alongside client executives and business leaders to identify value creation opportunities, develop investment cases and shape transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead teams to analyse and redesign end-to-end customer, operational and regulatory processes, helping clients improve customer outcomes, reduce operational complexity and deliver sustainable productivity improvements.
- Lead operating model assessments and future-state design across people, process, technology and data, helping clients define the capabilities, governance and performance measures required to execute their strategy.
- Lead workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes, helping translate business objectives into technology-enabled solutions and supporting implementation through to business adoption and benefits realisation.
- Work with emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and workflow automation, to identify opportunities for productivity and operational improvement.
- Support financial services clients to address challenges across customer operations, distribution, claims, servicing, policy administration, lending, compliance, risk and operational resilience.
Qualifications
Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone with:
- 4-7+ years' experience in consulting, transformation, operations, technology delivery or financial services, with experience gained in a professional services firm, insurer, bank, wealth manager or other regulated financial services organisation.
- Experience delivering transformation initiatives within financial services, including areas such as customer operations, claims, servicing, underwriting, lending, distribution, contact centres, risk or regulatory change.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, able to uncover the heart of problems, identify root causes and offer clear solutions.
- Proven experience leading teams and building trusted relationships with strong interpersonal skills and can gain the trust and confidence of those you collaborate with.
- The ability to translate strategic objectives into practical operational, process and technology change initiatives.
- Proven experience in building client relationships and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Ability to communicate, present and contextualise complex ideas concisely and accurately while adjusting style and tone to suit your audience.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms, digital technologies, data solutions or emerging technologies, with a strong interest in how technology and AI can improve productivity, customer outcomes and operational performance.
