About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga We're looking for a General Manager Digital Products, Platforms and Data to join our Strategy & Growth team. This is a unique opportunity to influence an enterprise-wide strategy, lead significant digital investment decisions, and create the platforms, products, and data capabilities that will power Fonterra's future growth You will define and lead the strategic roadmap for digital products, platforms, and data across the business, ensuring aligned investment, scalable solutions, and high-quality delivery that creates measurable business value. Acting as the business-facing portfolio owner within a hub-and-spoke technology model, you\'ll shape demand, prioritise investment, and translate business needs into an integrated digital portfolio while partnering closely with central technology teams to deliver enterprise-aligned solutions. This role is critical to creating a connected digital ecosystem that supports growth, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and long-term competitive advantage. You are a strategic and commercially minded digital leader who can bring together business strategy, customer needs, technology capability, and investment priorities to create meaningful outcomes. You thrive in complex environments, influence at executive level, and have a proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation and portfolio delivery. You bring: Extensive experience leading digital, technology, product, platform, or data functions within large and complex organisations A proven ability to develop and execute enterprise digital strategies and transformation roadmaps Strong experience balancing investment priorities, portfolio governance, and value delivery Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executive leaders and cross-functional teams Strong commercial acumen and experience developing business cases, investment strategies, and performance measures A passion and background for developing talent and creating high-performing leadership teams You will also bring 15+ years\' experience in digital, technology, data, product, or related environments Senior leadership experience managing large enterprise-scale digital portfolios with accountability for business outcomes and value realisation Strong expertise in digital product strategy, platform leadership, and portfolio investment management A track record of leading complex digital, data, or business transformation programmes At Fonterra, our values of Good Together, Better Every Day, and Every Drop Counts, are for everyone - no matter your background, identify or experience.
