Since 2012, we have grown to support over 2,500 schools, operating one of the largest broadband networks in Aotearoa New Zealand, meeting the connectivity and cybersecurity needs of 900,000+ ākonga and kaiako and accounting for nearly 25% of the country’s daytime business internet traffic. But we’re so much more than that. We’re building tomorrow, together! We believe in an inclusive approach that fosters collaboration with partners, customers, and each other for mutual success. About The Role This dynamic dual role combines high-level executive support for two SLT members with energetic office management alongside our Executive Assistant to the CEO. From proactive diary management and meeting outcome tracking to looking after our office supplies, booking travel and driving our Social Committee events, you’ll be a key pillar in keeping our office running smoothly and our culture thriving. What you will be doing Experience in proactive diary management, meeting coordination, and travel/expense reconciliation. (Expensify/Travelcard). Coordinating executive meetings seamlessly. Taking care of invites, logistics, agendas, formal minute-taking, and tracking progress on action items. Partnering with our EA to order groceries, stationery, and supplies, oversee kitchen stock/equipment, and ensure meeting rooms and walkways are safe, tidy, and well-equipped. Serving as Secretary to the Social Committee, arranging event logistics (shared lunches, morning teas, milestone gifts, flowers), and updating photos and news on our internal intranet.
