Job Description
The Department of Conservation (DOC) is seeking a Ranger Marine Mammal Sanctuary based in the Bay of Islands. You’ll work on water and land to protect dolphins, whales and orca, engaging with visitors and communities to promote sanctuary rules. The role is fixed-term, with flexible five-day rosters across weekends and public holidays, starting early November 2026 through April 2027.
