About Lumino St Heliers Located in one of Auckland's most vibrant coastal communities, Lumino St Heliers is a modern, patient-focused practice that provides a full range of preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dental services. Our team is known for delivering exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment, and we're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who can help create an outstanding experience from the moment patients arrive. We're looking for an experienced, organised, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Hours: Monday: 7:45am - 5:15pm Tuesday: 7:45am - 5:15pm Thursday: 7:45am - 5:15pm Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pm In this role, you'll: Create a professional and welcoming experience for every patient Manage appointments and maintain an efficient practice schedule Respond to patient enquiries in person, via phone, and online Maintain accurate patient records and practice information Process payments, discuss treatment costs, and assist with administration Support the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Help maintain a professional and organised reception environment Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to a supportive team culture To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Previous dental, healthcare, or administration experience (preferred) Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written English communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems A positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a team-first mindset The ability to build rapport with patients from all walks of life and help them feel comfortable and cared for NZ Residents currently residing in Auckland CBD or surrounding suburbs, with the ability to conveniently commute to St Heliers The ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team while maintaining a high standard of professionalism Why join Lumino St Heliers?
