LICENSED IMMIGRATION ADVISER

We are seeking Licensed Immigration Advisers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of New Zealand immigration law, excellent communication skills, and a client‑first mindset. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate immigration advice in accordance with the Code of Conduct and NZ Immigration law. Prepare, submit, and manage visa applications (e.g., work, student, partnership, residency). Liaise with clients, Immigration New Zealand (INZ), and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate case files and documentation. Stay up to date with immigration law, policy updates, and INZ procedural changes. Work collaboratively with a team of advisers and support staff. Requirements Must hold a current Immigration Adviser License (IAA) or be a practising immigration lawyer. Proven experience in New Zealand immigration advising (minimum [1–2 years] preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. Able to manage multiple clients and cases efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with [Ezymigrate/Bitrix24/Zoho CRM] is a plus). Preferred Attributes Experience in partnership or employer‑assisted visa categories. Fluency in another language is a bonus (e.g., Hindi,Punjabi, Mandarin, etc.). Culturally competent and empathetic when working with diverse communities.
