ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a Christchurch-based manufacturer of high-end windows and doors. With a strong reputation for quality, they’re looking to expand their team as the business continues to grow. ABOUT THE ROLE Join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality windows and doors. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are exactly the same. The factory operates with a real “muck in” mentality, so you’ll get involved across fabrication, machine operation, assembly and using a range of hand tools. ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone who is reliable, practical and keen to get stuck in. Ideally, you’ll have: Experience in window, door, glass or aluminium manufacturing Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Confidence using hand and power tools The ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks A reliable attitude and strong work ethic Good teamwork and communication skills A forklift licence is an advantage, but not essential Please note: Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug test and Ministry of Justice convictions check.
