The Parliamentary Service is seeking an experienced Events Chef de Partie in Wellington to lead and coordinate kitchen operations for high-profile events. You will work closely with the Sous Chef, supervise shifts in their absence, manage service periods, and train junior chefs. You will prepare, cook and plate high-quality dishes for a variety of functions, focusing on seasonal ingredients and exceptional presentation.
