The role: We're seeking an experienced Dispatch Administrator to look after all things related to dispatch on our busy day shift. In this role, you'll be coordinating dispatch, scheduling and managing outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of our products to our customers. You will also be responsible for the investigation of product loss/gains and working with other shifts to manage inventory. Skills & Experience Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (SAP, Coupa). Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting. Team Player: Collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement. Our offering 40 hours per week worked, Monday - Friday 6 am to 2 pm. Some weekend work required.
