Experienced Welder Fabricators wanted for full-time work with our client in the Porirua area. Immediate start available! Tradestaff Wellington is looking for experienced Welder Fabricators to join our client's busy workshop team in Porirua. This is a hands-on role involving MIG and TIG welding, fabrication and general engineering work. We're looking for skilled fabricators who can hit the ground running, work from engineering drawings and consistently produce quality work. Location: Porirua, Wellington Start Date: Immediate start Hours: Full-time hours Pay Rate: $32–$40/hr depending on experience, paid weekly What You'll Be Doing MIG and TIG welding Fabrication across steel, stainless steel and aluminium General fabrication and engineering work Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Cutting, shaping, fitting and assembling metal components Completing workshop fabrication to a high standard Carrying out routine equipment and safety checks Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Assisting with site installation work when required What We're Looking For Proven welding and fabrication experience Strong MIG and/or TIG welding skills Good general engineering and fabrication knowledge Ability to confidently read and work from engineering drawings Experience with steel, stainless steel and/or aluminium Previous workshop, manufacturing or production experience Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship Strong Health & Safety awareness Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team What's In It For You? $32–$40 per hour depending on experience Weekly pay Immediate start available Full-time hours Ongoing work opportunities Varied welding and fabrication projects Supportive and experienced team environment Opportunity to develop your skills and experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
