Mŋ te tūnga | About the role We’re looking for a Uniform Coordinator to manage our National Uniform Store and ensure frontline staff receive the uniforms and equipment they need to perform their roles confidently and professionally. As the Uniform Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new frontline staff across the country. You will oversee uniform inventory, coordinate fittings, process orders, and work closely with suppliers, training teams, and operational sites to ensure uniforms and protective equipment are delivered accurately and on time. Some of your day-to-day activities will include: Ensuring stock is secure, accurate, and available to meet operational needs. Coordinating uniform fittings and process uniform orders for new frontline recruits in line with policy and supplier requirements. Monitoring inventory levels, conducting stocktakes, and placing bulk orders to support ongoing recruitment demands. Building strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure the timely ordering, delivery, and distribution. Ngā pūkenga me āngōhē | Skills and experience Proven experience in administration, coordination, inventory management, logistics, or a similar operational support role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. A customer-focused approach, demonstrating initiative, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain reliable records and processes. Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and other business systems. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Ngā painga | The benefits The midpoint of the salary range is $71,651 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $60,904 - $85,982 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
