Sales Co-Ordinator - Hornby

About the role Based in our busy Hornby branch, you will draw on your plumbing and bathroom industry knowledge and strong communication skills to support our sales team and deliver a seamless experience for our customers. This is a fast-paced, varied role where organisation and attention to detail are key. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Acting as the key link between our sales representatives, suppliers and customers, providing project co-ordination support throughout the process Preparing accurate quotes and processing customer orders Liaising with suppliers to source and order products Coordinating dispatch and ensuring orders are delivered on time Supporting the wider branch team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process A bit about us Established in 1973, Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom Centre remains a privately owned New Zealand company with over 50 years' experience in the New Zealand plumbing market.
