The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to join a growing and highly skilled team in Mount Maunganui and Christchurch. This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of a job from start to finish and can work independently with minimal supervision. What You'll Be Doing CNC programming, setup and operation CNC milling, turning and routing CAM programming Precision machining of engineering plastics Some composite and metal machining Jobbing and small-batch manufacturing Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances Developing machining strategies from customer drawings and CAD models Designing fixtures and workholding solutions when required Quality checking and producing first-off components What We're Looking For Trade qualification in Machining, Fitting & Turning, Toolmaking or similar Strong CNC milling and turning experience Proven CNC programming experience Experience using CAM software Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models Experience with multi-axis CNC machines Strong problem-solving ability High attention to detail and quality Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of jobs Why Join?
