Housekeeping Supervisor – Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown Full Time NZD $25.00-29.66 per hour (NZD) Benefits Competitive Pay : Earn $25.00-29.66 per hour. Key Responsibilities Assist with rostering the department Perform quality inspections of all departure rooms and spot check occupied rooms Ensure key procedures are followed Motivate team members Coach team members on job performance Communicate suggestions and complaints to the manager Ensure a working environment free of harassment and discrimination Assist with processing payroll for all team members Coordinate new starter orientation and training Direct and supervise room attendants, housemen, public area cleaners and mini‑bar, giving physical assistance when necessary Ensure team members meet productivity requirements for the property Action guest requests promptly Service rooms when required The Ideal Candidate Exceptional Quality Standards and Attention to Detail : Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and consistency across all areas of the property.
