Quantity Surveyor

We’re Hiring | Residential Quantity Surveyor Location: Auckland 3EYES Construction is looking for an experienced Residential Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in Auckland. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry Good understanding of residential construction costs, estimating and tendering Experience with procurement and subcontractor management Strong communication, coordination and time management skills Responsible, reliable and a good team player Ability to follow management direction and carry out assigned tasks as required Flexible and willing to support the team based on project and business requirements Ability to work independently and manage QS responsibilities effectively Proficient in CostX, Microsoft Excel and other relevant QS/office software Good written and verbal English communication skills Key Responsibilities Preparing budgets, cost estimates and quotations for residential projects Managing procurement, subcontractor quotations and price comparisons Assisting with contracts and commercial documentation Liaising with project managers, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors Carrying out other project and QS-related duties as reasonably directed by management Supporting the overall commercial and cost management of residential projects from pre-construction through to delivery If you have solid residential QS experience and are interested in joining our team, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
