You'll lead people, programmes, initiatives within a high-volume and fast-paced setting, balancing people care and competing priorities while delivering quality outcomes. Whether your expertise sits within Business Analysis, Change Management, Service Design, operational improvement, strategy, programme delivery or a related professional discipline, you'll work collaboratively across ACC to influence decision-making, lead meaningful change, and contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. The appointing salary for this role is $117,787 - $152,430 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance. About you | Mōu Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, developing and supporting high-performing teams. Experience delivering results within a high-volume, complex and fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across a range of audiences. The ability to lead through ambiguity, navigate complexity and drive positive outcomes. Experience leading or contributing to business analysis, change management, service design, transformation or continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ability to influence decision-making and build trusted relationships. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and pace. You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
