You'll ensure all workstreams, stakeholders, budgets, resources and external partners remain aligned to programme objectives and outcomes. You'll oversee delivery across key workstreams including: People & Capability Physical Brand Implementation Digital & Content Trade & Partner Engagement You'll establish governance frameworks, manage programme risks, drive stakeholder engagement, oversee external suppliers and provide executive-level reporting throughout the programme lifecycle. Success in this role will come from your ability to navigate complexity, influence across multiple stakeholder groups and maintain momentum across a large-scale transformation programme. What You'll Bring We're looking for a confident and experienced programme leader with a track record of delivering complex organisational transformation initiatives. You'll ideally bring: 8+ years' experience leading large-scale programmes or transformation initiatives Experience delivering multi-stream programmes across diverse stakeholder groups Strong governance, risk management and executive reporting capability Experience leading organisational change and implementation programmes Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and programme dependencies Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Strong commercial acumen and delivery focus Outstanding written and verbal communication skills The ability to remain calm, adaptable and solutions-focused in fast-moving environments Experience in brand transformation, digital transformation, tourism, hospitality or other customer-focused industries will be highly regarded.
