Creating moments of ‘surprise’ and‘delight’ to make our customers feel valued, and ensuring they know we’ve gottheir back Applying your passion for homeimprovement, knowledge, and expertise to help our customers with all theirproject needs. Ensuring our customers always feelwelcome by acknowledging, helping them connect with the right experts andfocusing on their positive experience throughout their visit.
