You will manage drainage projects, read plans, and keep production targets on track while mentoring crew and ensuring high workmanship. Key requirements include proven team leadership, deep drainage, trench excavation with shields, pipelaying, dewatering, and WTR endorsements. NZ Registration and STMS are valued.
