Southern Land is seeking a senior civil engineer to lead land development projects from concept to completion in Queenstown. The role emphasizes client relationships, project strategy and technical delivery with mentoring for junior staff. You will drive commercial proposals, oversee budgets and delivery programmes, and supervise design through to titling, while engaging with councils, contractors and stakeholders.
