Aotearoa Clinical Trials (ACTT) is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team based at Middlemore Hospital. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge clinical research while working alongside leading investigators, healthcare professionals, sponsors and participants. Role Description As a Clinical Trial Coordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of clinical trials, ensuring studies are conducted in accordance with protocols, regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines. Working closely with investigators, sponsors, CROs and healthcare professionals, you will oversee participant recruitment, study milestones, trial documentation and data collection activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality trial delivery while supporting participants throughout their research journey. Training will be provided to conduct visits including taking vital signs, performing ECGs, managing Investigational Product and collecting data from participants. This role is well suited to someone who is highly organised, adaptable and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities, communicate complex information clearly and build effective working relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders. Qualifications, Experience and Skills MSc or PhD in Health Sciences, Medical Sciences or a related scientific field Minimum two years' experience as a Clinical Trial Coordinator Strong aptitude for learning and using new technologies and systems Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently Critical thinking and problem-solving capability A continuous learning mindset Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team Thank you for your interest in joining Aotearoa Clinical Trials and helping advance the future of healthcare through clinical research. #J-18808-Ljbffr
