We are looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Online Assistant to support our growing online order team. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient order processing. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack online customer orders accurately. Ensure orders are packed safely and ready for courier collection. Replenish stock for online products as required. Communicate with other stores regarding stock availability. Maintain a clean and organised online fulfilment area. Follow company procedures to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Skills & Experience Previous retail, warehouse, or online fulfilment experience is preferred but not essential. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills. What We’re Looking For Reliable and punctual. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexible to work weekdays and occasional weekends if required. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
