This is a Palmerston North based role servicing the Capital Connection from Palmerston North to Wellington. As a Train Attendant, you will love to travel and ensure that all customers enjoy an outstanding experience while travelling on our services. You will welcome, connect with and greet customers in a courteous, professional, and willing manner. Your daily duties will involve delivering a first-rate food and beverage service, cleaning duties, luggage handling and carrying out all cash handling and transactions in line with policies and procedures as required. You will need a full NZ Driver’s License. No two days is the same. Working in a team environment to achieve the common goal of exceptional customer experience, safety and wellbeing. Multitask and problem solve on the fly. At the end of your shift, that is where your working day ends.
