What you will do?

• Prepare and cook menu items to BurgerFuel recipes and brand standards
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
• Manage stock rotation, portion control and minimise food waste
• Complete temperature checks and follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Ensure HACCP and WHS compliance and company operational standards

More about you

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or QSR environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive during busy service periods
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and stock rotation practices
• Willingness to learn under guidance from our senior chefs
• Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
