The successful applicant will have strong communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents/whānau and the wider community. The successful applicant will have the motivation, skills and ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a strong team of enthusiastic and professional educators. Your ability to contribute positively towards our highly-regarded virtues-based culture will be an asset. We are seeking a practitioner with: strong pedagogical knowledge and practice of learning programmes at the junior level including Structured Literacy,Structured Maths, PMP and Oral Language development would be a significant advantage. a professional who is culturally literate, with some experience and/or knowledge of the needs of ESOL learners, exceptional classroom management skills, empathy towards, and experience of teaching learners with a diverse range of learning and behavioural needs.
