Job Category: Administration,Customer Service Job Description Sales Support - Coaching & Advice About the role - Mō te turanga mahi Our Sales Support roles within our Coaching and Sales team play a pivotal role in supporting the customer journey across both of our brands, by ensuring the solutions identified in coaches’ conversations with clients are actioned efficiently and accurately. You will act as the bridge between coaches, customers, and operational teams, ensuring a exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with coaches and the broader teams to ensure seamless delivery and follow-through on customer requirements. You will communicate effectively with customers to close out identified opportunities and ensure leads have been effectively managed. You will manage the end-to-end referral process across our brands, building strong relationships and influence great outcomes for our customers. What you’ll need to succeed - E rapu ana mātou Prior experience in a sales or customer service focused environtment is essential. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships and influence people. Comfortable with face-to-face communication with customers and able to effectively represent the our brands. Strong verbal and written skills and able to effectively execute customer plans.
